The Brown College Republicans (BR) proudly announced today that they have voted to charter with the College Republicans of America (CRA). This decision marks a significant milestone for CRA and underscores their commitment to fostering a vibrant conservative community on the nation's most prestigious campuses.

By joining forces with the College Republicans of America, the Brown College Republicans aim to enhance their impact, broaden their reach, and engage in meaningful dialogue on critical issues. With this chartering decision, the Brown College Republicans anticipate expanding their membership and increasing their involvement in political events, community initiatives, and policy discussions at the local, state, and national levels. BC plans to host a series of engaging events, workshops, and guest speaker sessions to promote conservative ideas and encourage constructive conversations among students of diverse backgrounds.

Ben Eden, President of BCR, said he is "excited" to join CRA's movement for national unity.

"The Brown College Republicans are very excited to be joining the College Republicans of America! We look forward to building a strong foundation for a Rhode Island federation for College Republicans.

Will Donahue, President of CRA, said that BCR's decision to charter was "momentous" for CRA's mission.

"Brown is an institution older than America itself. We are thrilled to be welcoming an esteemed member of the Ivy League into our ranks. This marks a momentous occasion in our mission for national unity among College Republicans. Our students are the change-makers that will be tasked with fixing the world's most difficult problems in the near future. We are very pleased with the potential we've seen thus far with the student membership coming from Brown, and we look forward to working closely with them moving forward."

CRA is a nationwide organization committed to advancing conservative principles, fostering political engagement, and empowering young leaders. With chapters across the country, CRA provides resources, training programs, and networking opportunities to equip members with the skills necessary to promote conservative values and policies.
